Structure:
All extrusion is 80/20 mostly 1" x 3" series 10, purchased via the 80/20 store on Ebay.
The aluminum is 6061 alloy
The beam across the rear of the gantry is 80/20 series 10 2" x 4"
Uprights are 18 inches tall, 6 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick.
The upright braces are Series 15 Bearing Profile
Table top is 3/4 inch MDF with a 2x2 1/4 20 grid pattern with blind nuts installed underneath.
The router mount is from the Titeone store on Ebay. Also look for K2CNC
Linear Motion:
Y axis linear rails are NSK G9V145 that are @29.75 inches long and 15mm wide with 2 trucks per rail.
X axis linear rails are IKO that are @23.75 inches long and 12mm wide with 2 LWLG12B trucks per rail
Z axis uses an all-in-one THK KR33 actuator with integrated ballscrew that has @4 inches of travel. I also have a longer travel KR33 that is a direct bolt on replacement if I need more Z.
X axis ballscrew is THK, It has 26 inches of thread and is @ 3/4 inch in diameter.
Y axis ballscrew is unknown, it has 24 inches of thread and is @ 1/2 inch in diameter.
Electronics:
Stepper motors are model KL23H286-20-8B from http://www.kelinginc.net They are 425oz NEMA 23 bipolar with 1/4 dual shafts
Stepper controllers are model KL-6050 also from http://www.kelinginc.net
Breakout board C10 is used to connect the PC to the stepper drivers it is also from http://www.kelinginc.net
Power supply for stepper controllers is 120vac that puts out 48vdc at 12.5 amps also from http://www.kelinginc.net
6 axis MP4 CNC controller pendant came from http://www.cnc4pc.com
Spindle is a Bosch 1617 router
All the 22mm push buttons, E-stops and button enclosures are from http://www.automationdirect.com
