This is all aluminum. I made a custom aluminum mount for the Dremel.
Travel is x=4.5 y=5.6 z=3.0 Uses a 4 axis controller board and Mach3
Dremel 395 for the spindle with M3 control. All THK precision linear actuators.
X and Y motors are NEMA 23 steppers, Z is a Vexta NEMA 17. Vexta dampers on all motors.
Its footprint is 14 x 17 and it weighs 26 pounds.
